You’ve already built a solid foundation, refined your habits, and locked in your anchors. Now, with just two weeks left in the FitSix Challenge, it’s time to take things up a notch.

Week 11 is all about Leveling Up—leaning into the systems you’ve built and proving to yourself that you can push further than you thought possible. This is your opportunity to turn “good enough” into your best effort yet.

The Focus This Week: Add Challenge → Build Confidence

Progress happens when you stretch just outside your comfort zone. Leveling up doesn’t mean adding drastic changes—it means taking the habits you already own and raising the standard.

Training: Push a Little Harder

  • Add weight, add reps, or challenge your pacing.
  • Prioritize quality intensity over mindless volume.
  • 📌 Pro Tip: Focus on one lift, one conditioning piece, or one skill to push beyond what feels comfortable.

Nutrition: Tighten Consistency
